Campanelli Construction to construct 15 warehouse facilities totaling 1.5m s/f

Campanelli Companies will construct 15 facilities for Preferred Freezer Services, a provider of state-of-the-art, full-service refrigerated warehouses. These buildings contain more than 1.5 million combined s/f of cold storage warehouse, distribution and office space, and span seven U.S. states. "The construction of these facilities in several regions across the nation demonstrates our firm's ability to anticipate and meet the needs of an organization that is experiencing rapid growth and expansion," said Daniel DeMarco, partner for Campanelli. "As a full-service developer of turnkey facility solutions, we look forward to assisting Preferred Freezer with its warehouse needs as the company continues to broaden its geographic reach." From site identification to permitting, design, construction and lease or sale, Campanelli meets complex business requirements on time and on budget when developing new distribution and manufacturing facilities. Facilities Campanelli has completed for Preferred Freezer include the company's headquarters in Newark, N.J. and cold storage distribution centers in Atlanta, GA, Philadelphia, PA, Norfolk,VA, and Raynham, Sharon, and Westfield, Mass. "Campanelli's team of seasoned industry professionals has consistently provided our company with valuable expertise, design skills and development services to assure timely execution and delivery of our new cold storage facilities," said John Galiher, president and CEO of Preferred Freezer. "We will continue to work with Campanelli Companies to locate, design and deliver new turnkey facilities to meet the needs and requirements of our expanding customer base." Among its ongoing projects with Preferred Freezer, Campanelli is currently constructing facilities in Jacksonville, FL, expected completion in first quarter, 2008; Elizabeth, NJ, expected completion in first quarter, 2008 and Everett, Mass., expected completion in second quarter, 2008.
