East Coast Development completes Cambridge Point, a 42 unit condo building; design by Curtis and DiBenedetto

East Coast Dev. completed Cambridge Point, a gated, 42-unit, four-story condominium building — including five units of affordable housing — with a private courtyard at 2440 Mass. Ave. Twenty-nine of the condos are either occupied or under agreement. The building is located on the site of a former liquor store and parking lot. Design for Cambridge Point was provided by Frank Pitts Curtis, AIA, and David DiBenedetto of East Coast Dev. architecture department.
