Wright of Lila Delman R.E. sells Carnegie Tower condo

Portsmouth, RI Lila Delman Real Estate sold Carnegie Tower’s Unit 401 and Cabana 12 for $605,000. Alyce Wright, Lila Delman sales associate, represented the seller. This transaction marks Alyce Wright’s fifth sale at Carnegie Tower and her second sale in the building this year. Since 2017, Wright has sold more Tower condos than any other Realtor, according to data maintained by Rhode Island’s Statewide MLS.*

“Buyers are attracted to the stunning water views of Narragansett Bay from Carnegie Tower and amenities such as the 25 meter lap pool, hot tub, fitness center, and concierge service all set within the private gated community,” said Wright. “The Tower currently offers tremendous value as compared to other luxury coastal condominium residences.”

Carnegie Tower is a waterfront, high-rise building. The residences at the Tower benefit from floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies that offer bwater views. The kitchens boast custom cabinetry, granite counter tops and appliances including wine refrigerators and built in Miele espresso machines.
