Joyal and Leonard of Lila Delman R.E. sell 20 Stumpy Point Lane property for $2 million

Charlestown, RI Lila Delman Real Estate sold 20 Stumpy Point Lane for $2 million. Lori Joyal, sales manager of Lila Delman’s Watch Hill Office, represented the seller while Kate Leonard, Newport councilwoman and Lila Delman Sales associate, represented the buyer.

This transaction marks one of Charlestown’s top six sales since January 2018, according to data maintained by the Rhode Island Statewide MLS. Lila Delman Sales associates represented more clients in these top transactions than that of any other firm.*

“The demand for waterfront property in Charlestown remains high,” said Joyal. “This sale sets the tone for a strong year ahead in the local market.”
