Paskalis and Freshman of MG Commercial sell 96,323 s/f industrial building
Coventry, RI George Paskalis, SIOR/partner and Julie Freshman, member associate SIOR/vice president of MG Commercial Real Estate completed the sale of a 96,323 s/f industrial building situated on 16.7 acres in Coventry and Cranston at 538 Main St. for the seller, Fiskeville Realty Company I, LLC c/o Sihl, Inc. The building was purchased by Storage Five Development, LLC for $4 million.
Paskalis and Freshman represented the seller, while Bang Realty – New England, Inc. in association with AQRE Advisors, represented the buyer.
