Toolin represented the landlord, 630 West Main Street Realty, LLC and procured the tenant, The Department of Veterans Affairs. * 3,065 s/f at Hilltop Business Center, 136 Harvey Rd., Londonderry to Disco Hi-Tec America on a 3 year term.
