Fredette of KW Commercial leases 3,100 s/f to Willow Salon & Day Spa
KW Commercial NH has brokered a new lease of 3,100 s/f of retail space located at 189 South River Rd. to Willow Salon & Day Spa.
Located across from the Manchester Country Club. Ron Fredette, director of KW Commercial NH represented the tenant, and Chris Riley represented the landlord/owner Riley Enterprises.
The property generated a high level of interest due to its location and traffic count. South River Rd. is experiencing growth with national retail presence, highway-bridge construction and roadway access to the Manchester Boston Regional Airport.
The new tenant will now operate an upscale spa inside a renovated 1867 home. Retaining the locations historic and architectural charm the interior will feature mahogany/granite styling stations, exposed beam ceilings, and a client lounge.
