Roger R. Labrie Associates, Inc. wins Oscar for best supporting role

Well, not really. We are however very serious when it comes to providing support to our clients. From a modest beginning in 1981 Roger R. Labrie Associate, Inc. has grown from a small one man operation into a multi-division enterprise that provides a wide range of services designed to allow the property owner, developer, or real property manager to concentrate on the business side of their investment while knowing that the physical care and wellbeing of the property is being professionally attended to. Our business started with construction clean-up at a few local malls with a pick up and some hand tools. Today we are proud to say we are a combination of several distinct divisions designed to professionally and efficiently take care of all of our clients needs, including: snow and ice removal, parking lot sweeping and litter control, landscape maintenance services as well as new landscape installations, hardscape installations, and property management support. Our snow and ice management division consists of a fleet of modern and well maintained trucks, loaders, skid steers, and other snow and ice clearing equipment ready for work any time the occasion calls. We have three supervisors who continually monitor all properties during each snow or ice event to insure your satisfaction with the job and the safety of your tenants, customers, and visitors. We stockpile both salt and sidewalk treatments to insure their availability during every storm. During the winter season we conduct morning checks on each property to catch any unsafe condition even if there has been no new snow or ice event. Parking lot sweeping and litter control is a large part of our business and an important part of the attractiveness of commercial properties of all types. We maintain a fleet of five sweepers and an experienced and dedicated crew which takes pride in keeping your property clean and litter free. Spring sand clean-ups are accomplished quickly and economically, making those seasonal eyesores disappear overnight. We are especially proud of our property management support division. We understand that real property management can be a difficult and time consuming task. Our goal is to provide the real property management company, developer, or commercial property owner with a wide range of support services related to the physical plant. You take care of the income producing side of your, or your clients, investment and we will help make sure the rest is professionally monitors and kept in proper working order. We take the pressure off management by providing 24 hour first response services. We have an experienced and qualified crew on-staff and a close working relationship with an extensive list of subcontractors to take care of those issues that may be beyond our expertise. Our policy is to work with you so that your attention can be focused on maximizing return on investment. Our landscape maintenance division is manned by a dedicated and well trained staff operating the latest model well maintained equipment. Our certified New Hampshire landscape professionals know how to keep your property's landscape not only looking it's best but healthy as well. Attention to detail is required of our staff, and you will see the difference. Art Randlett is the hardscape supervisor for Roger R. Labrie Associate, Inc., North Hampton, NH.

Investing in a falling rate environment - by Harrison Klein

Long-term interest rates have fallen by 100 basis points, and the market is normalizing. In December of 2022 I wrote an article about investing in a high interest rate, high inflation market. Since then, inflation has cooled off, and the Fed has begun lowering their funds rate.
