Torrington Properties signs leases with VividCloud and Usource at 100 Domain Dr.

Exeter, NH Torrington Properties (Torrington) has signed VividCloud and Usource, a NextEra Energy company, to new, long-term leases at 100 Domain Dr. VividCloud will occupy 4,100 s/f, while Usource will fill 3,500 s/f.  As part of the agreements, Torrington managed the construction of each space, delivering a first-class office environment.

Newmark executive managing director Tyler McGrail and associate director Eric Jeremiah represented Torrington, in both leases. Usource (NextEra) was represented by Corey Paquette of CBRE Group, Inc.

Additional renovations are underway in the building’s common areas.

VividCloud is a Brunswick, Maine-based cloud and internet of things (IoT) software engineering company serving the financial, healthcare, industrial and insurance technology sectors. This is its first and only New Hampshire office. It also has a location in Boxborough, Mass.

Usource is relocating from its office in Hampton, N.H. It works with commercial, industrial and institutional clients to deliver comprehensive energy plans and sustainability strategies. Its parent company, NextEra Energy, manages the Seabrook Station nuclear power plant.

“Torrington is pleased to welcome VividCloud and Usource to 100 Domain Dr. in Exeter,” said Torrington chief operating officer Matt Morgan. “These new, long-term leases underscore our commitment to providing innovative workspace solutions tailored to the evolving needs of the business community.”

Torrington completed a renovation of a 2,000 s/f fitness center and yoga studio at 100 Domain. It is also currently upgrading the building’s common areas to modernize aesthetic finishes and redesign the lobby and café layout with multiple work areas, lounge areas and dining options. This includes a new grab-and-go station at Lexie’s, a renowned local restaurant known for its fresh ingredients and inventive takes on a classic American menu.

Torrington acquired the 263,000 s/f, class A building at 100 Domain in 2022. Considered the best office and flex space in the Seacoast region, this was New Hampshire’s largest commercial office real estate acquisition in recent years. The office building is also home to the North American headquarters of Bauer Hockey; FH Cann & Associates, a financial recovery firm; Digital Prospectors, an IT staffing company; and Garnet Hill, an online purveyor of high-quality garments.
