The Local Group of Lila Delman Compass sells 30,000 s/f Rose Furniture Company building

East Providence, RI Lila Delman Compass negotiated the $600,000 sale of 245 Warren Ave. The Local Group of Lila Delman Compass, represented the seller and facilitated for the buyer in this transaction. The building was known as “Rose Furniture Company” for over eight decades.

This building has 140 ft. of frontage and over 30,000 s/f of open space with flexible usage. The sale also included the vacant lot located at 320-322 Mauran Ave.

“Representing both the buyer and seller of this historic building, with its 80+ year legacy as a cherished furniture store, has been a truly special experience,” said Jonathan Kaufman, sales associate of The Local Group. “The sellers’ deep connection to the building and their successful business adds an extra layer of significance to this transaction.
