North Providence, RI Michael Alves of the Elite Commercial Realty at KW Commercial on behalf of Zhuoquan MA sold unit #1 at 1527 Smith St., the former OSHO Sushi & Bar for $85,000, to Robert Fox on behalf of EBN Business Group, LLC. Elite Group acted on behalf of both the buyer and seller.
