Warwick, RI Neil Amper, SIOR, vice president of Capstone Properties has sold a 25,352 s/f industrial building located at 111 Plan Way. The facility is the former location of R.I. Rental, which Amper sold to them in 2001. The buyer was Nexgen Mechanical which is an HVAC contractor and it is an expansion of their business. The 1.9-acre property, which has three loading docks, is less than two miles from I-95. It can either be used for warehousing or manufacturing.
The selling price was $2.15 million and there were multiple offers.
