During the COVID-19 commercial leasing slump, my team and I defied trends by strategically growing our portfolio, acquiring contracts for several notable commercial tenants. Our proactive tenant retention strategy cultivated a welcoming and collaborative environment, resulting in a 95% retention rate over the past year.

What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of? The project I am most proud of is an inpatient surgery expansion at Heywood Hospital in Gardner, Mass. This project was my first real introduction to healthcare work, and it challenged me to think outside the box when it came time to design the systems.
