2023 Women in CRE: Kayleigh Reilly, Colliers | New Hampshire

Kayleigh Reilly
Property Manager

What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of? One of my recent focuses has been finding ways to make buildings in my portfolio greener and more energy efficient, including whole building system audits and complete LED retrofits. I am proud to have organized a recent project for a new assignment where we were able to quickly identify the areas lacking efficiency and respond by converting all lighting to highly efficient LEDs, effectively lowering energy consumption and utility costs significantly within the first year.

What are the most important factors women in your industry should consider when choosing a firm to build their career with?  It is important to find a firm that will support your growth goals within the industry. Having a dependable support system has helped me to think more critically about situations as they arise, and ultimately learn the skills needed to make the best decisions for my clients with confidence.

Who inspires you most? What qualities do they possess that inspire you? All women that can successfully manage the work/life balance between being an engaged parent and also achieving success in their career are inspirations. It takes practiced communication, time management, and organizational skills, all of which I find myself using as a new mom.
