Balancing a growing family, with my youngest born last July, alongside a new job and managing multiple projects has been challenging yet rewarding. In the last 12 months what accomplishment are you most proud of? I am most proud of officially stepping into fatherhood. The birth of my daughter has truly been the best thing that has ever happened to me. I cherish the relationship that we have already and look forward to the relationship we will form over a lifetime.

How do you balance your rising career with your personal life? It’s definitely a challenge, but I’ve found a few strategies that help me maintain a sense of balance. I prioritize self-care and make sure to set aside time for activities that recharge me, such as hobbies and spending time with loved ones.

In the last 12 months what accomplishment are you most proud of? My proudest accomplishment has been my promotion to project manager at Hancock Associates. In the last 12 months what accomplishment are you most proud of? I spearhead initiatives that impact client satisfaction, workplace efficiencies, and design quality. I’m fortunate to pursue various interests at TAT, working to create meaningful change, including beta-testing new technology.

In the last 12 months what accomplishment are you most proud of? I’m most proud of the successful completion of opening several new offices for one of my clients, Transformations Care Network. The projects that I managed consisted of four offices in Maryland and Virginia

In the last 12 months what accomplishment are you most proud of? I’ve always viewed the transition from a boots-on-the-ground field position to the project management side as a learning opportunity and a chance to expand my overall industry knowledge.

In the last 12 months what accomplishment are you most proud of? I spent many years in the field as a carpenter, hoping to one day work my way into a project management role. At times, this felt like a pipe dream while working for a small GC in Western Mass.
