In the last 12 months what accomplishment are you most proud of? Being promoted to project manager. I’ve been delaying this promotion for a couple of years now, as my two boys were too small, and I felt like it wasn’t the right time for me. With the encouragement of my peers at Corderman, I finally took the leap in the beginning of this year.

How do you balance your rising career with your personal life? Good time management and setting clear boundaries in your mind are important. When I am not traveling, 6-8PM is dinner and bedtime for our kids, and I am unavailable for anything else. If more is needed for work, I am happy to put in the time early or late, but it cannot come at the expense of that time window.

In the last 12 months what accomplishment are you most proud of? I was thrilled to bring aboard an international renewable energy company this year. We have recently expanded our real estate communications efforts to include assisting renewable energy start-ups - helping companies identify sites for manufacturing and headquarters.

In the last 12 months what accomplishment are you most proud of? Our team structured a 268,000 s/f condominium purchase on behalf of Boston Children’s Hospital in Boston’s Fenway submarket. The condo sits within a 600,000 s/f speculative laboratory building owned by Alexandria Real Estate.
