Shea Commercial Properties leases 4,800 s/f
Derry, NH United Methodist Foundation of New England is relocating to Brookstone Professional Park, Rte. 111.
Currently located in Atkinson, the foundation had outgrown its space and need additional room to serve its members. United Methodist Foundation provides services to a community of churches, agencies, clergy and individuals that inspires faithful financial stewardship. The foundation provides personal and life planning workshops, consultations, and pastoral services.
The 4,800 s/f professional office lease was handled for Brookstone Professional Park by Julie Brooks, and Harry Shea of Shea Commercial Properties represented United Methodist Foundation in the multi-year transaction.
