Bedford, NH The John Flatley Company has negotiated two leases at Bedford Springs Office Park, totaling 11,500 s/f to Paychex and PistolStar, Inc.

Situated at the intersection of Rtes. 101 and 114, Bedford Springs Office Park at 10 Corporate Dr. offers accessibility from all directions and is located in close proximity to New Hampshire’s largest city and major highways.

Paychex Inc., a provider of payroll, human resource and benefits outsourcing solutions, signed a 8,000 s/f lease on the 1^st floor. Larry Davis, director of real estate & facilities at Paychex said, “Bedford Springs Office Park was ultimately the right move for our company. Both the onsite and nearby amenities will be great for our employees.
