Allenstown, NH Taylor Saulnier, CCIM of MANSARD completed the $725,000 sale of 77 Turnpike St.. The 10,300 s/f building is positioned on a visible 1.93-acre corner lot on Rte. 3. The building is configured as an open-concept retail store with a warehouse/storage area for inventory. The site also offers a hard-to-find outdoor storage area for retail goods or equipment sales/rentals.
The building was 100% leased to Aubuchon Hardware at the time of sale.
