Marsden RE launches Port Property’s first for-sale residential community

Biddeford, ME Port Property, in partnership with Marsden Real Estate/Bean Group, is launching its first for-sale residential community: Landing on the Levee. Scheduled to begin construction this summer, Landing on the Levee will bring a curated selection of for-sale properties to the company’s mixed-use development, The Levee.

Located at 20 and 26 Upper Falls Rd., Landing on the Levee will provide a range of for-sale options for future homeowners to select from. 20 Upper Falls Rd. will feature modern one- and two-bedroom flats built with an upscale loft feel and designer fixtures. 26 Upper Falls Rd. will bring a select number of spacious four-story town homes with private garages and roof decks. Both options from Landing on the Levee have been designed to offer homeowners a curated, elevated living experience alongside the Saco River.

The for-sale offerings at Landing on the Levee properties will be the next phase of development at The Levee, a mixed-use riverside community that is set to feature a diverse range of residential communities, retail, and dining. Residents of The Levee will have access to nearby amenities, including a two-story co-working lounge, modern fitness center, and scenic rooftop lounge and outdoor deck. Within walking distance from the upcoming Pearl Point Park and scenic RiverWalk, The Levee incorporates four connected developments built on a peninsula’s end along the Saco River and forms a distinctive downtown community for residents, visitors, and neighbors.

Port Property has partnered with David Marsden of Marsden Real Estate/Bean Group to bring the team’s extensive real estate experience to Landing on the Levee. Working within the real estate industry since 2003, David Marsden specializes in residential, condominium and multi-family properties and brings a deep understanding of the local real estate market to the project.

Landing on the Levee is scheduled to begin construction this summer and open for occupancy in the fall of 2024.

“We are thrilled to announce the launch of Landing on the Levee,” said John Laliberte, CEO of Port Property. “Landing on the Levee is an exciting new chapter for us as we develop our first for-sale community and contribute a greater range of living options within southern Maine. Biddeford is a vibrant city, one that we are proud to deepen our commitment to.”

“We are excited to help buyers find their new home at Landing on the Levee and be a part of the revitalization of downtown Biddeford,” said Marsden. “Port Property is known for developing high-quality, thoughtful communities for renters across southern Maine, and Landing on the Levee will bring that same signature approach for homeowners. The first for-sale product in the heart of downtown Biddeford, Landing on the Levee is ideally located alongside the Saco River and offers a unique opportunity for homebuyers in Biddeford and beyond.”
