RPL sells 31 Tenth St. for $1.188m; pair of East Side multi-family properties

PROVIDENCE, RI Residential Properties has brokered the sale of 31 Tenth St. on the city’s East Side, which sold for $1.188 million. RPL sales associate Beth Mazor represented the sellers as the listing agent and RPL sales associates Kira Greene and Michael Sweeney of the Greene | Sweeney Team represented the buyers as the selling agents.

Built in 1900, this pair of East Side multi-family homes, with 2 and 3 units respectively, has been owned by multiple generations. These properties offer a 4-car garage in between and a total of more than 7,800 s/f. 

The owner has performed ongoing upgrades and maintenance on mechanicals, roofing, and electric, as well as recent painting within the units and on the exterior. Each unit has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, a front porch, and 1,546 s/f of living space. The location offers convenience with proximity to the Miriam Hospital, Lippitt Park, the Summit Ave. Playground, and the restaurants and shops of Hope Village.

According to State-Wide MLS data, this is the Greene | Sweeney Team’s seventh transaction over $1 million in 2021.

The listing agent, Mazor, has been the recipient of the Greater Providence Board of Realtors Bronze Award four times and the Silver Award twice, most recently in 2020. Mazor gained 30 years of professional experience in investment management operations, fund accounting, and real estate investment, working for noted institutions such as Putnam Investments and State Street Bank.
