Foncellino Team of Coldwell Banker Comm’l. leases 4,000 s/f building
Warwick, RI The Foncellino Team of Coldwell Banker Commercial brokered the lease of a 4,000 s/f building at 42 Greco Ln. The property includes two fenced lots.
The landlord is DSJ LLC and the tenant is Ozzie’s Doggie Daycare.
The tenant will be doing build-out suitable for a dog daycare usage. The building is zoned daycare and provides ample parking, and is well-located off major highways.
The tenant has signed a three-year net lease with an option to purchase.
