RPL’s Chwalk and Kirk | Schryver Team complete $1.625 sale of historic Tobey House

Barrington, R.I. Residential Properties Ltd. has sold 5 Payne Rd.for $1,625,000. The listing agent for this property was sales associate Kris Chwalk, while the buyer was represented by the Kirk | Schryver Team. Both Chwalk and the Kirk | Schryver Team are members of RPL’s Barrington office. 

According to MLS, Residential Properties Ltd. has now listed 7 of the 13 homes to sell for over $1 million in Barrington this year.

Originally built in 1870, the Tobey House is a Victorian home set on a corner lot in the Nayatt Beach area of Barrington. The property has landscaped yard with patio and veranda. A fireplace in the living room and views of the bay, and a formal dining room. The kitchen features granite counters and top of the line stainless steel appliances, and opens to the inviting family room. Up the curved staircase is the master suite set with a private balcony, and an ensuite bath. Along with the master, there are three additional bedrooms, including a second suite.
