RPL’s Greene | Sweeney Team and Team Applegate complete $1.23 million East Side sale

Providence, RI Residential Properties Ltd negotiated the sale of 20 Cooke St. for $1.23 million. The listing agents for this property were sales associates Kira Greene and Michael Sweeney of the Greene | Sweeney Team. The buyers were brought in by Team Applegate, which consists of broker associate Holly Applegate, and sales associates Bill Applegate and Brecken Applegate Schneider. All members of both teams work out of RPL’s Providence office. 

According to MLS, RPL has now listed 7 of the 9 East Side homes to sell for over $1 million so far this year. This sale is also the 6th sale of over $1 million for the Greene | Sweeney Team in 2020. 

Located on College Hill, the Shubael Blanding House is a Colonial built c.1826. The dining room with wallpaper is the perfect setting to enjoy meals prepared in the updated kitchen featuring Viking appliances and stone countertops. The family room addition is flooded with so much natural light it is being used as a greenhouse.
