RICABOR acquires ECCPN

Providence, RI Rhode Island Commercial and Appraisal Board of Realtors (RICABOR) acquired East Coast Commercial Property Network (ECCPN), a member-driven database of commercial real estate & business listings. ECCPN is a tool for research, marketing, communicating and networking within Rhode Island and southern New England.

R.I. Commercial and Appraisal Board of Realtors is a commercial focused Realtor group and under its management ECCPN has expanded to better meet the commercial real estate needs of its users. The platform is powered by Catalyst allowing for local users to gain national exposure as well as broadcast real estate related needs to hundreds of local real estate professionals.

ECCPN is the choice database for all Rhode Island and surrounding area CRE professionals including brokers, appraisers, lenders and economic development professionals, and it is governed and managed by local RICABOR members with the understanding of the regional area.

The management of this database by a commercial real estate database, ensures accurate information and valuable local knowledge. Appraisers, lenders, and investors are able to research prior transactions and leasing information to develop credible and accurate reports and forecasts. ECCPN also allows for unlimited listings, market research and statistics, SEO friendly listing pages, website sync options for agents and brokers, the ability to search within opportunity zones and targeted local marketing. All of this is available for controlled monthly pricing with no long-term contracts at a rate far below other national services.

Formed in 1995, the Rhode Island Commercial and Appraisal Board of Realtors (RICABOR) is an accredited Board with the National Association of Realtors, located in Chicago. N.A.R. is the largest trade association in the country and is the Voice for Real Estate. RICABOR is the premiere Board in Rhode Island serving the needs of commercial brokers and appraisal licensees. The members are representative of the top leaders in our Rhode Island’s commercial real estate and appraisal industries and hold memberships in the National Association as well as the RI Association of Realtors.
