East Greenwich, RI Neil Amper, SIOR and Chris Greenman of Capstone Properties represented The Greenwich Mills in the leasing of 4,602 s/f of office space to RockStar Limo. The tenant will use the space for their corporate offices. John Olinger, the president and founder, provides a wide array of vehicles from buses to traditional limousines and everything in between.

The Greenwich Mills is a two building 100,000 s/f office complex overlooking the bay and within walking distance to downtown. There are office units with water views. There is also an office unit that is plug and play ready with existing work stations, a back-up generator and a server room that is ready for immediate occupancy.
