Nedde Real Estate breaks ground on 56-unit Riverrun in Winooski

The partnership of Nedde Real Estate, Redstone and Youkel Architecture + Development held a groundbreaking of Riverrun luxury apartments located on the Winooski River. With occupancy slated for June 2015, the energy-efficient building will feature triple glazed windows and other good sustainability practices and will contain 56 high-end apartments plus luxury amenities including onsite covered parking, a combination of enclosed and climate controlled storage units, a fitness center, balconies on all apartments and walking path to the river boardwalk. The building is being constructed by Wright & Morrissey Construction. Part of Winooski's award winning downtown redevelopment project, Riverrun is a modern interpretation of Historic Mill Building architecture offering bright interior spaces with views of the river, cityscape and adjacent nature preserve and consists of 56 one-bedroom, one-bedroom with den, two-bedroom, corner two-bedroom and larger two-bedroom with den corner residences with each unit featuring private balconies. Amenities include a fully equipped fitness center, a lobby with seating lounge and fireplace and storage will also be available. Riverrun's prime location truly epitomizes "walkable living" with easy pedestrian connectivity to many of the area's largest employers, cafés, restaurants, retail and river walk.
