Tinkham Realty completes sales totaling $974,500 and leases - 5,602 s/f

Tinkham Realty, Inc. completed the sale of DBD Carwash and Instant Lube, 3 Hampton Dr. The site consists of approximately 1.075 acres with two buildings, a 1,680 s/f three bay service garage and a 2,240 s/f tunnel-style car wash building. The selling price according to the Rockingham County Registry of Deeds is $790,000. Dave Fraser of the commercial division of Tinkham Realty, Inc. represented the seller, DBD Carwash Realty, Inc. and assisted the buyer, Five M's Hampton Drive LLC. Tinkham also completed the following transactions: * George Hague and Jan Thayer Trust have purchased a 765 s/f unit and a 1,080 s/f unit at The Londonderry Square Professional Office Park, 75 Gilcreast Rd. Judy Tinkham represented the seller, Londonderry Square Associates and assisted the buyer. The sale price according to the Rockingham County Registry of Deeds was $76,500 and $108,000. * NH Eye Associates, P.A., Manchester, has leased a 2,200 s/f office at 25 Buttrick Rd., Suite C3. NH Eye provides routine exams, medical and surgical eye care together with an optical department. Tinkham represented the lessor, Buttrick Road Office Park, LLC, and assisted the lessee. * Rymes Oil and Propane of Concord, has leased a 942 s/f office at Town Square, 12 Parmenter Rd. Tinkham represented the lessor, Scientific Management, and assisted the lessee. * K & M Power Services of Rebel Rd. in Hudson. has relocated to 195 Robinson Rd. The 2,460 s/f facility will serve as the firm's headquarters. They provide power services throughout the northeast. Tinkham represented the lessor, Paulria Development, LLC and assisted the lessee. Tinkham Realty, Inc. provides full-service real estate in all of N.H. and Mass.
