Prolman Realty sells 1 Riverway East in Milford for $525,000
Prolman Realty, Inc. completed the sale of 1 Riverway East, aka 261 Elm St., to Riverway East Associates, LLC according to Lisa Morrison and Mark Prolman who represented the sellers, Herbert and Cheryl Hardman.
According to Morrison, "This property consisted of 2.01 acres of industrial land with a 19,750 s/f industrial/office building."
The sale price was $525,000.
