Worcester, MA NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs facilitated the $734,000 sale of 153 Green St. The seller, Boston Capital Development LLC was represented by NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs principal Michael Jacobs. The buyer is 153 Green Street LLC.
The sale includes a portion of the famous Table Talk Pie factory slated for redevelopment, which is a two story, 25,000 s/f high-profile building located in the Canal District. The overall development is a four-acre site directly adjacent to Polar Park with proposed 30,000 total s/f of new street-level retail and 450 apartments across multiple projects.
