Rohrer of Colliers sells 3,366 s/f Raising Cane’s location for $3.7m

Manchester, NH Colliers, a global leader in commercial real estate services, negotiated the sale of 782 South Willow St. According to the Registry Review, the investment property sold for $3.7 million.

Bob Rohrer, managing director of Colliers in New Hampshire, represented the seller, Tatro Road Realty, in the transaction and assisted the buyer. The buyer, 782 Willow LLC, acquired the asset as a long-term investment opportunity.

The property is a newly constructed, 3,366 s/f Raising Cane’s situated on 1.49± acres with double drive-thru lanes with a long-term absolute net lease in place. Located along Manchester’s premier retail corridor, the site benefits from high visibility on South Willow St. and proximity to I-293, The Mall of New Hampshire, and several national retailers.

“The sale of this property represents the continued demand for high-quality net-leased assets in core retail markets,” said Rohrer. “This site’s strong location, new construction, and long-term lease made it an attractive opportunity for investors.”

This marks Raising Cane’s first New Hampshire location, contributing to the brand’s growth strategy across the Northeast and providing a new dining option for the local community.
