IFMA Boston provides preparation for CFM certification exam
It's that time of year again! Have you hit the books in preparation for the CFM certification exam? Look no further than the IFMA CFM Study Hall for a nine-week crash course with your peers that will prepare you for confidently passing the exam and taking your facilities career to the next level.
The CFM Study Hall series kicked off on January 27th and will go through March 31st, focusing on the 9 competencies of the CFM Certification Exam. Four-time course instructor, Chris Gilman, is known for taking an approach that works as his students boast a 90% average on the exam, which ranks better than IFMA's national average.
"I really believe in teaching not only the content, but also preparing people for how to take the exam," Gilman said. "Most of us haven't taken an exam of this nature since the SAT's so I try to prepare people so that when they sit down for the exam and the clock starts, they won't have anything to worry about."
The CFM credential sets the industry standard for ensuring the knowledge and competence of practicing facility managers. "If you're looking to open a lot of doors and become well rounded in this area of expertise then CFM really is for you," said Gilman.
