Situated on 11 acres, the inline tenants occupy 76,417 s/f with outparcels for McDonald’s, Kinney Drugs, TD Bank and M&T Bank.

“Morrisville Plaza is a strong regional draw leading to its full occupancy and long-term tenant base,” said Boyle. “Many of the tenants having been in place since construction in the early 1990s.”

Vermont welcomes over 13 million visitors annually, contributing to an estimated $2.5 billion in tourism-related spending. The plaza and area are supported by a hospitality infrastructure including not only winter sports, but also other resorts, thousands of hotel rooms and a wide array of service providers which all fuel economic activity and employment throughout the region.

Chozick Realty represented the seller as well as procuring the purchaser in this transaction.
