Giuttari of MG Commercial leases 43,600 s/f to Denison Pharmaceuticals

Collyer Business Center - 100 Higginson Avenue, RI

Lincoln, RI Mike Giuttari, SIOR, president of MG Commercial has leased 43,600 s/f of distribution space at 100 Higginson Ave. The space is fully air-conditioned and supported by seven loading docks and grade level access. Denison Pharmaceuticals signed a long-term lease for the space as they expand at their headquarters on Powder Hill Rd. This space will free up production space on Powder Hill Rd. and be used for finished goods warehousing.

100 Higginson Ave. is a single story, 500,000 s/f facility known as the Collyer Business Center hosting multiple distribution facilities. It is owned by Abrava Way, an investment group from Miami, that has put millions into the property to create an attractive, functional and cost-effective location for these businesses.
