71 Dexter Street - Pawtucket, RI

Pawtucket, RI Jim Conway of Conway Commercial Group managed both sides of the sale of 71 Dexter St. The buyer is Peyser Real Estate Group, LLC, a developer from New Jersey. The seller is Dexter Realty, Inc.

Two story brick construction spanning a total of 15,600 s/f. The building sits in one of the city’s Opportunity Zones and is just steps from the new train station.

The sale took place in July at a sale price of $287,500

The developer plans to raze the building and, coupled with an adjacent property purchased from the city of Pawtucket, redevelop the entire site into a Class “A” mixed use development consisting of ground level retail storefronts and upscale residential housing offering underground parking. The properties proximity to the train station will make it a desirable location for commuters.
