Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal sells 15,000 s/f house of worship - sold to Aletheia Church Inc. for $700,000

Providence, RI The Congregation of Ahavath Sholom Sons of Zion, Shaare Zedek of Providence sold a 15,000 s/f place of worship located on the city’s East Side at 120 Rochambeau Ave. to Aletheia Church Inc. for $700,000.

Thomas Sweeney of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal represented the sellers and Michael Alves of Keller Williams Leading Edge represented the buyers. 

Aletheia Church plans to occupy the space.
