Dolben named to manage 2 new condo. developments totaling 428-units

Continuing its rapid growth, The Dolben Co., Inc. was recently retained to manage two new communities with a total of 428 apartment homes, Heritage at Bedford Springs and Alta Chesapeake Ridge in North East, MD. Dolben has grown its portfolio by over 25% within the last two years and now has over 10,000 units under management. Tom Beaton, vice president of property management, said "We are proud of the exceptional growth of our management portfolio. The growth has been a combination of institutional clients retaining our services and our own firm's acquisition and development of apartment communities. INVESCO of Dallas, TX recently acquired Heritage at Bedford Springs and this marks the fourth community we are managing for them. Wood Partners of Atlanta, GA is developing Alta Chesapeake Ridge and we hope this is the start of a lasting partnership with them. I believe our strong growth is a testament to our organization's principles and practices and to the strong caliber of people we attract to our organization."
