Storti of Sweeney Real Estate leases 1,366 s/f restaurant space

Cranston, RI Evan Storti of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal represented the landlord in the lease of a 1,366 s/f restaurant space at 876 Atwood Ave. to Riccotti’s Sandwich Shop of Johnston, LLC.

Following the sale of Riccotti’s previous location in Johnston, the new property owners opted not to renew the sandwich shop’s lease. Initially unable to secure a new site, Riccotti’s of Johnston made plans to close. Fortunately, with the new ownership of 876 Atwood Ave. the long-standing local sandwich shop was able to relocate and continue operations.

Michael Grillo of Picerne represented the tenant, while Storti represented the landlord.
