DiPrete Engineering with Bucci Development to complete Dowling Village

Dowling Village, a new mixed-use development, continues to grow with several new businesses opening up their doors in the past few months. DiPrete Engineering is collaborating with Bucci Development to design, permit and construct this mixed-use development. They are providing surveying, planning, site/civil engineering, land-use approvals and construction administration services. The project includes 450,000 s/f of retail space, over 75,000 s/f of office space, and several restaurants. Firestone, a leading national auto care provider with over 1,600 locations, is currently open and operating in its new 8,500 s/f facility. Also open is Petsmart's new 12,200 s/f facility and Aspen Dental's new 3,500 s/f facility. CVS Pharmacy, Denny's, ALDI, Taco Bell, Walmart, and Lowe's are also open for business as part of the development's current list of retailers. "With many moving parts within Dowling Village, we're working to provide outstanding customer service to Bucci Development and to the national tenants looking to build in the development," said Len Bradley, vice president of DiPrete Engineering.
