Foncellino team of Coldwell Banker completes $400,000 sale
The Ann Foncellino team of Coldwell Banker commercial division listed and sold 7,200 s/f of office space for $400,000.
The Foncellino team was the listing broker for 595 Putnam Pike and Kerri Gemma of REMAX Properties represented the buyer, JFK Holdings.
The building located in downtown was built in 1856 and has been completely refurbished and updated into 3 levels of modern office and medical space.
The new owners will be using the Foncellino team to lease out the office space.
