RPL completes $1.2 million sale of 64 Angell Street in Providence

Residential Properties Ltd. represented both the buyer and seller in the $1.2 million sale of 64 Angell St. on the East Side of Providence. The Captain George Benson House was built in 1794 during Providence's heyday as a shipping center. Some of the key features include a deck-on-hip roof capped by a balustrade with urn finials and pedimented dormers, molded key blocks on the window lintels, and a central entrance with a segmental-arch Doric portico. The listing agent was Ellen Kasle and the buyer's agent was Liz Bodell.
