Cregan of Paramount Properties Group leases 11,000 s/f warehouse to FGX International
Daniel Cregan of Paramount Properties Group, Inc. has leased 11,000 s/f of warehouse space at 29 Powder Hill Rd. to FGX International. Cregan represented the building owner, Stackbin Corp., and FGX International in the transaction.
29 Powder Hill Rd. is located in North Central Industrial Park and is 57,600 s/f on 4.91 acres. FGX will use the space for additional warehousing.
