Butler Realty and Stone Tower sell 26,155 s/f retail plaza for $1.3 million
Jeffrey Butler of Butler Realty Group sold 47 Sandy Bottom Rd. for $1.3 million to VH Partners LLC. Jack Braverman of Stone Tower Properties co-brokered the transaction.
The seller of the 26,155 s/f retail plaza was Edward Flanagan Jr. Tenants include Re/Max, Legin Dance Studio, Anytime Fitness, Subway, Liberty Tax, and a karate school. The new owners plan on renovating the parking lot, handicap access and landscaping.
