Turgeon of Washington Trust arranges $1.625 million for Fox Point Marina

Washington Trust's commercial real estate group recently provided a $1.625 million commercial mortgage to Fox Point Marina, LLC for the refinancing of a mixed use property, which includes two restaurant units, The Whiskcy Republic and Lola's Tequila Bar & Cantina and a 56 boat slip Fox Point Marina marina, located at 515-525 South Water St. "The location of this property is ideally situated near Brown University and a popular retail area," said Joseph MarcAurele, Washington Trust chairman, president, and chief executive officer, "The ongoing redevelopment of this area will increase property values over the next several years."
