Concord Commercial Real Estate sells 4,406 s/f office
Jody Keeler and Brenda Litchfield of Concord Commercial Real Estate sold a 4,406 s/f office building at 85 North State St. for $405,000.
The seller of the downtown location was Familystrength and the buyer was NAMI New Hampshire.
The property is on a .43 acre lot with on-site parking
