Greenstein and Porta of CBRE|Boulos leases 2,700 s/f office space
Dan Greenstein of CBRE|The Boulos Co. brokered the lease of 2,700 s/f of office space at 6 Fundy Rd. from Fundy Circle Associates on behalf of the landlord. The college will utilize the space as administrative offices. Joe Porta of CBRE|Boulos represented the tenant, Maine Community College System.
