Cityside Management Corp. celebrates 15 years of growth and a new website design

Beginning in 1998 with a contract to manage housing units in five New York boroughs, Cityside Management Corp. has built a large scale real estate services company that serves major markets coast to coast. From day one company founder Chris Dolloff nurtured his client and vendor relationships while he directed his firm's managers to perform personalized service at the local level. Cityside's superior field service was quickly recognized by Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) administrators who were outsourcing REO (Real Estate Owned) services. The excellent performance of the company's first contract, along with the relationships and experience gained, led to scalable growth opportunities for Cityside in other markets. Since its founding 15 years ago, Cityside's business footprint has grown to cover as many as 37 states and manage over 15,000 properties. Timed to coincide with the company's 15th Anniversary celebration, Cityside is pleased to unveil its new website design at www.citysidecorp.com. Dolloff describes the importance of keeping the website fresh and dynamic. "We operate a high-touch services business with vendors and clients across the country and for many, the web is how we communicate. We need to continually improve our online user experience and our new web design provides a pleasing, easy to navigate site for our clients and vendor partners." Cityside is a single-source real estate portfolio management services provider based in Manchester, with five field offices throughout the United States.
