Diversified Project Management completes relocation for Cavium

Diversified Project Management (DPM) has completed a construction and relocation project for Cavium's Mass. office. Cavium, a leading provider of highly integrated semiconductor products that enable intelligent processing for networking, communications and the digital home, retained DPM for comprehensive project management services as it relocated to its new location. Led by project executive Tony Zulkeski and executed by senior project planner, Jean Nuzzo and project manager, Carol Godek, the DPM team provided essential due diligence in determining a new location to accommodate the growth of its design team. DPM also assisted with the development of the budget, managed the schedule, and provided oversight of the construction, FF&E selection and move management for the employees. DPM worked closely with all members of the project team which included Margulies Peruzzi Architects, Callahan Construction, VGNA Engineers, Union Office Interiors, DGI Invisuals and Wakefield Moving & Storage. DPM has previously managed successful projects for a number of area firms including Pega Systems, Olympus NDT, OneBeacon Insurance Group and New York Life. Diversified Project Management is an independent owner's representative consulting company located in Boston, MA, Hartford and Stamford, CT and Providence, RI. DPM specializes in programming, pre-construction, project management, construction administration, FF&E coordination and move-planning services. Our clients are in the corporate, academic, healthcare, manufacturing and biotech industries.
