Burke of White + Burke Real Estate Investment Advisors signs 106,000 s/f for UVM Medical Center
South Burlington, VT Tim Burke of White + Burke Real Estate Investment Advisors, Inc. signed a long-term lease of 106,000 s/f for the University of Vermont Medical Center at 40 IDX Dr.
University of Vermont Medical Center at 40 IDX Drive - South Burlington, VTThe UVM Medical Center’s business center operation units will occupy three floors in the 233,000 s/f complex.
UVM Medical Center is part of The UVM Health Network, a four-hospital network serving Vermont and northern N.Y.
Burke represented UVM Medical Center; Tony Blake and Bill Kiendl of VT Commercial and Rob Weber of CBRE represented the landlord.
