White of CBRE | Portsmouth sells 10,350 s/f for $3 million
Kent White, CBRE | PortsmouthPortsmouth, NH According to CBRE | Portsmouth, The Provident Bank purchased a
25 Maplewood Avenue - Portsmouth, NH10,350 s/f free-standing, office building at 25 Maplewood Ave. for $3 million.
The Provident Bank plans to relocate its executive team and Seacoast senior lenders from their Amesbury, Mass. location.
Kent White of CBRE | Portsmouth represented the seller, and John Samonas of Samonas Realty represented the buyer.
